International Symposium: Remote Sensing for Ecosystem Analysis and Fisheries
Second International Symposium on Societal Applications in Fisheries and Aquaculture using Remote Sensing Imagery (SAFARI-2) will be held on January 15-17, 2018 at Kochi, Kerala, India, under the auspices of ICAR – Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute (CMFRI), Kochi. The Symposium will be devoted to Remote Sensing for Ecosystem Analysis and Fisheries, and is open to contributions on various applications of Remote Sensing for freshwater, estuarine and marine fisheries, and related topics such as the ecology of commercial fishes, ecosystem analysis and ecosystem- based management. Each session will have keynote presentations as well as plenary lectures by distinguished experts from all over the world in addition to presentation of research papers by participants of SAFARI 2. Abstract submission and early bird registration will close on 31st October 2017.
