did you get the reprint?
it seems the central library here has the issue.
i have to check it and try to scan it if possible.
but it may take time, 1 week or so.
i think Quarterly Journal Of Royal Meteorological Society back volumes
are available at cusat library also.

i don't think that the QJRMS journals are available in cusat marine science library. better ask somebody in iit or iitm.
