It is quite interesting to see all the above threads. But any way the problem was not solved.

Here is one good way to get such papers. I tried and am getting so far.

As the requested paper is published in 2004, probably it can be accessed through any of the cites given by Aboobacker. Otherwise, just check for any of their Email IDs.

I got one of the authors Email ID : duyan@scsio.ac.cn (Du, Y)

You just contact him and request him to send the paper for your research work.
He will definitely send the paper and related ones.

I am getting many papers in this way. And moreover you can create a way to scientist-scientist interaction.

Got it? All the best? Please notify all of us if you got the paper (as papers are the best way to get an idea and gives a path to follow)

Hi all...
As u suggested I contacted the author through mail...(Thank you very much Arun for giving the email id)...The author also have no soft copies of this paper in english language. So he sent me the hard copy by post and i got it today. So the problem solved...
