[ask] how to conversion ml/L to Ámol/kg

    Hi..
I have a question about how to tranform 5,2 ml/L dissolved oxygen in sea water surface to Ámol/Kg, with salinity of 36,5 and Temperature 1░C?
can you help me find the solution?

I'm guessing that at this stage you've solved your problem....

    but just in case:

to convert ml to Ámol is a direct multiplicative factor of 44.658. To convert from L to kg you need to bring in the density. I calculate density using CSIRO sea water routines in matlab. The function is sw_dens0(s,t) so in your case this value would be 1029.3. This factor converts m^3 to kg: another factor of 1000 is needed for litres. The combination gives you 5.2 ml/L = 225.6 Ámol/kg
