i do run model in linux there i use inter fortran compiler 10. version

The flux can be given in the model in two ways

1. calcualte the net from the atm. parameters and give it with swrad

2. directly use dowloaded netflux and swrad

also the radiation penitration is a major issue in the model. you have to see which one to use for your model, bulk or double exponential. if doubel exp means its better
