Application of GIS in Meteorology, whether gis can be used in the study of Tropical cyclone?whether generation of tropical cyclone can be interpreted by using gis techniques?

Yes! GIS has great potential in studying TCs. The statistical modelling of tropical cyclones i.e. based on long term TC data (track and intensity) can be plotted, their points of origin, direction and each point information of tracks can be plotted in the GIS environment. Than, simple graph analysis considering all the track can given worthful information. Besides, DEM (digital elevation maps) of coasts will be very useful in studing TCs and storm surge.

Interesting and good. Can you explain some more details about GIS+Cyclone study?
Some examples, and some example pictures made of GIS for cyclone maping etc..?
