Postdoctoral Position - Earth's radiation budget
The Department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Science, University of Maryland has an immediate opening for a postdoctoral position in support of ongoing activities in the area of Earth's radiation budget. The position requires a Ph.D. in atmospheric or physical sciences and will involve research aimed to improve radiation budget estimates by incorporating current and new remote sensing capabilities. The initial appointment is for two years with possibility of renewal subject to performance and funding availability. Candidates with strong background in radiative transfer and good computer skills will be given special consideration.
