Hello Administrators,
Why do we need to Log in to this site? It seems that even before we log in to the site, all the things are open to all. Only difference is of two text boxes. I suppose it would be better to have a log in screen first. Only after giving the password , multiple links should be accessible.

Consider following things,

1) The site and its contents should be open to everybody who uses Internet.
Then only people can make use of this web-site. For example,
If a person reach our web-site by searching something, in the first sight, if he sees
a window for log-in or Resister, it may annoying for him and he may
refuse to enter. The user doesnt have to register, just for looking, what is inside.
If the user didnot find anything useful for him, then its a waste of time for
him and an un-necessary additon of member for our site also.

2) If some one sees this site, and if he want to make his contribution/suggestion/
question etc, then he have to be a member of this site. There comes the
role of logging in. This invloves security.

3) one cannot reply/quote/create any posts with out loging in. But the
users can view all the contents. (members list also). This provide the
oppertunity for a new user to navigate through the site, and understand
what is inside, what is this site for, who are involved etc. This give the
user a chance to make a dicsion whether to join or not.

So this is the way a site should run.
