logo and time

1) An Ekman spiral within the website mast
2) Since we follow GMT why dont we put a small timezone map near to clock

GMT is just the default, every user can change the time
to local time so that once you login, it will display the
local time. Go to UserCP-> edit options -> Date & Time Options
-> select the appropriate time zone!! so everywhere, on
homepage and for posts, it will show local time :)
