Hi,

I have a .CSV file with first 7 lines header lines and the next six lines with variable columns repeats till the end of the file. I want to sort the third column so that all columns gets sorted and six variable data sets are seen as a defined matrix forms of six different sizes. My question is whether I can sort the .csv file w.r.t a particular column in MATLAB command mode.

Please help me.

Thanking you,
Madhavan

Hi,

Regards CNV reading issue using Matlab, in the webpage <http://woodshole.er.usgs.gov/operations/sea-mat/rpsstuff-html/cnv2mat.html> you could get the routine cnv2mat.m, this stuff permits you to read a CNV file from Seabird's CTD.

I hope this works for you.

Jonathan.
