ADCP spatial plots in matlab

Dear Oceanographers,


can please tell me how to plot ADCP-spatial data processing&plots in Matlab, Actually data is combination temporial and spatial.
I want to remove temporial data.
ADCP is a Ocean surveyor 75 kHz,Broadband.
