SOGREAH GULF is Looking For Top Coastal/Port Structural Engineers/Project Managers to Join Our Team in Dubai!
SOGREAH GULF has in the second half of 2007 several positions for Coastal & Port Engineers / Project Managers for their growing office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Working on a wide variety of high profile projects including: Ports, Waterfront Developments, Marinas, Sea Walls, Water Quality, Shore Erosion, Jetties and Coastal Restoration, the successful candidates’ responsibilities will include project management, coastal structure design, beach / shore stabilization design, wave analysis, modeling, Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) and report preparation.
The successful candidates will have an MS in coastal engineering or, a BS in Civil, Coastal or Ocean engineering with relevant minimum 5 years consulting work experience. Specific knowledge of planning, design, permitting, numerical modeling, and construction administration of coastal / port works including but not limited to shore protection, coastal erosion, marina and quay design, navigational structures, and dredging.
Fluency of English both written and spoken is required; Arabic language a plus. You will be a self-starter, able to set priorities, communicate well, and be team-oriented. You will have a strong desire to achieve client satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
