Marina Project Engineer
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Applied Technology and Management, a leader in Coastal, Environmental, Marine, and Water Resources Engineering, is seeking a Project Engineer to assist a busy engineering consulting group in our Dubai office on international waterfront development projects. Duties include oversight of drafting, technical design, technical writing, project management, and construction services. Prefer BS in civil/coastal/structural engineering or construction management. Candidate should also be able to demonstrate experience in professional consulting environment.
Must have specific and well-documented expertise in the following:
· Costal/marine structure design (sloped and vertical protection) related to port, marina, and waterfront projects
· Project Management experience
· Dredging/reclamation projects
· Preferred knowledge of STAAD and DHI Mike21
· Excellent communication and writing skills
· 2 to 6 years of related experience
Position requires a BS in Coastal/Civil Engineering, MS preferred. PE preferred. Must be able to travel extensively. UAE or Middle East region candidates are encouraged to apply
