Drag coefficient

Hi,

i am looking for a formula to compute drag coefficient. let me explain in detail. i have got just wind speed magnitude and i have to compute momentum flux from it. so i need a formula for drag coefficient essential for momentum computation. it should be dependent on varying wind speeds,i.e the value changes based on the windspeed. The formula should be valid over the Indain Ocean. Can someone provide me the same along with proper reference.
