Can anyone have fortran/matlab program to compute JEBAR term in ocean model?

If anyone has, would he/she like to share the code?

I wonder whether any independent code exist to calculate JEBAR (Joint effect of Baroclinicity and Relief ?? ) as a code.

Is this the expansion?

dear vinu,

As I know JEBAR, joint effect of baroclinity and relief, is a part of vorticity balance equation. As I am new to ocean circulation modeling, I would like to know how to obtain this term from an ocean circulation model or separately compute using hydrographic data.
