CALL FOR PAPERS
Participants willing to present their papers are requested to submit the extended abstracts/manuscript along with registration form on one of the topics listed below. Contributions can be submitted through e-mail or by post not later than 15 September 2006. Participants are encouraged to submit the abstract and registration form electronically (ims2006@tropmet.res.in). The manuscript should not exceed A4 size 2 pages, including figures, tables and references (use Times New Roman font, size 11 pt.). The format of abstract/manuscript can be downloaded from the website of conference. Please indicate the session theme. Acceptance of the presentation both oral and poster will be informed latest by 30 September 2006.

IMS Members : Rs. 1000/-
Students : Rs. 600/-
Registration fee is to be sent along with the registration form through demand draft/pay order in favour of TROPMET-2006 A/c Payable at State Bank of India, NCL Branch, Pune to the Convenor, Local Organizing Committee, with an e-mailn communication to Dr. G. B. Pant, Chairman, LOC gbpant@tropmet.res.in. There is no registration fee for Honorary Fellows and Fellows of the society.
Travel support limited to II AC sleeper class can be considered for retired members with no institutional attachment and for students depending on availability of funds.
